We make your sample to spec — colors, logo, rhinestones — and send photos/video for approval. Samples are charged per design, confirmed in your quote first.

Approve the sample and artwork, confirm the size list, and pay the T/T deposit (30–40%; small orders 100%).

How to measure for custom uniforms
Four steps, one soft tape measure, about two minutes per athlete.
- Measure over practice wearTape snug but not tight, athlete standing relaxed. Record in cm or inches — either works.
- Take the key measurementsChest (fullest point), natural waist, hips, torso girth (shoulder through crotch), plus height. For skirts and shorts, add waist and hip.
- Send one row per athleteName + measurements per line in a simple list or spreadsheet, sent with your inquiry — every piece is then made and packed labeled for that athlete.
- We confirm before productionWe check the size list with you and flag anything that looks off before a single piece is cut — no silent guessing.
Shoes: order in whichever system your team already uses — EUR, US or CHN — all three are on every shoe spec sheet. Between sizes or wide feet? Note it in the inquiry and we advise per model.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom uniforms start from 10 pieces. Cheer bows start from just 1 piece per design. Practice wear sets start from 100 pieces and the Dream Bag from 50 pieces per design (per their spec sheets). Shoe MOQs depend on the model — tell us the style and quantity in the planner and the quote will state it plainly.
Can I get a sample before ordering for the whole team?
Yes — samples are made to your exact spec (colors, logo, decoration) in 3–7 working days. Samples are charged per design; the exact charge is confirmed in writing in your quote before we start, so there are no surprises.
How long does a team order take?
After you approve the sample and confirm sizes: 7–15 working days of production, plus express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Ordering 4–6 weeks before your first competition keeps everything comfortable — rush slots exist, ask in the planner.
Can you match our exact team colors and logo?
Yes. Logos, colors and artwork can be dyed directly into the fabric by sublimation — no fading — or applied by screen print, embroidery, rhinestones or reflective logo. Send your artwork files with the inquiry and we work to them.
How does sizing work for uniforms?
Uniforms are custom-sized per athlete. Follow the four measuring steps in our Size & Fit guide, send one row of measurements per athlete, and each piece is produced and packed labeled for that athlete.
What are the payment terms?
T/T with a 30–40% deposit to start production; smaller orders are 100% in advance. Balance terms are confirmed in your written quote.
Do you ship to the USA? What about mid-season reorders?
We export to the USA and Europe by express, air and sea. Your spec stays on file, so mid-season top-up orders — even a few pieces for new athletes — match the original kit.

Distributor terms are not published, because every agreement is different: territory, product range, volumes and support are agreed one-to-one with our sales team.
